Sanvecta was established to bring together two disciplines that too often sit apart, expert pest management and considered environmental cleaning. By combining them under one operation, we can address the cause of a problem, not just the symptom.
The meaning behind Sanvecta
SAN represents sanitation, hygiene, cleanliness and safe environments. VECTA is drawn from "vector", organisms capable of carrying or spreading disease. Together, the name reflects our purpose: reduce risk, restore standards, and protect the property.

Director
Karl Kirk-Childs is responsible for Sanvecta's company operations, client relationships, commercial account coordination, administration, business development and service standards. He oversees the day-to-day running of the business, making sure every enquiry is handled promptly, every project is properly planned, and every client receives clear communication from start to finish.

Paul Thelwell
Pest Management Technical Lead
Paul Thelwell leads Sanvecta's pest-management operations and brings more than 18 years of professional industry experience. Supported by recognised BPCA and RSPH qualifications, Paul is responsible for technical inspections, treatment planning, monitoring, proofing recommendations, professional reporting and the delivery of safe, effective and prevention-focused pest-management services.

Environmental Cleaning Lead
Adam Waring leads Sanvecta's environmental and exterior-cleaning operations and brings more than 20 years of practical, professionally trained experience across exterior cleaning, property maintenance and specialist cleaning works. Adam is responsible for assessing each project, selecting the appropriate equipment and cleaning method, supervising delivery and maintaining Sanvecta's standards of safety, workmanship and customer care.
